CANCELLATION & REFUND

We are based in Colchester, Essex. Cover to any postcode from Colchester including station and airport transfers 

 For Local Service : You have 3 Minutes to cancel your instant request without been charged. After 3 minutes cancellation & no show fee You will be charged £5

For Airport and Long Distance Cancellation:

All bookings cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will be refunded in full minus the credit card transaction fee. Bookings cancelled with less 48 hours notice will receive no refund. To cancel a booking please email us with your receipt and booking details.

 If you are needing to change an existing booking use our booking app or please call us on 01206 701010. (9:00 AM TO 17:00 PM)

 If you have booked a meet and greet service for the airport, we will meet you as you come into arrivals. Where a meet and greet service is not required the driver will make contact on the mobile number provided at the time of booking and arrange the best meeting point with you 

 A child can only travel in a taxi or private hire vehicle without a child car seat if he or she sits in the back. Children under three should not use a seat belt.

In a taxi a baby/child can travel without a child seat however they must still be considered a passenger (allowing a seat for the baby/child) even if they will be sitting on the responsible adults lap

We recommend booking a taxi at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we also offer on-demand taxi services for immediate pickups.
